team morale affects many things
like the higher your morale and prestige, the better chance you can win (to an extent). Morale alone obviously isn't a complete determination of wins/losses, but it is a part of simulation and does play a part in how possible it is to resign guys and things of that nature, as well as how guys respond within the team.

Coaches Draft & Training Groups:
Okay, this is going to confuse some of you, perhaps irritate some of you, and so on, but this is how the Coaches draft will work, when it does happen. First thing you need to know..NOT ALL 32 Teams will be participating in the Coaches draft. The reason for this is quite simple. There is not going to be 32 (or more) legit upgrades in coaching available, therefore we need to limit it to those who actually need upgrades.
The Participants in the draft will be determined by a few key factors.
1. Teams who have a coach retire, or a contract expire. For example, almost every year, New Englands Head Coach, and Pittsburghs Defensive Coordinator retire. If this were to occur, via necessity, they would be able to enter the draft.
If this did not happen, and both the Patriots and the Steelers(myself) are playoff teams, with no expiring coaching contracts, then we will be excluded from the Draft.
2. Necessity based on disaster. What does this mean? It means, teams like the currently 0-7 Raiders who look to be on a one-way trip to 0-16. Who'll likely want to fire their head coach and get someone better.
This does not mean, if you see a Ron Rivera, or a Monty Kiffin available, you can should fire your coach just so you can participate. Firing of coaches should be done based on the legit need to improve.
Teams that MUST improve via new coaching staffs will be allowed to enter the draft.
After these two spots have been filled, depending on the # of participants, it will then be taken into consideration, who would LIKE to participate, if there are too many people under this category, a "bidding war" will occur to narrow down the # of follow up participants allowed in.
But the 1st two circumstances take priority.
The Draft will be 2 rounds with compensations
Basically how the compensations will work, is if you need a HC, you will get a 1st round (mandatory), if you need 2, you will get a 1st and 2nd round.
If you need 3 coaches, you will get a 1st round (mandatory) 2nd round (mandatory) and 2nd round (compensation) so that you can higher coaches to fill all the positions.
You DO NOT have to draft a Head Coach with your first round pick, you can select a coordinator, if you wish to promote a coach on your current staff and simply draft a coordinator to fill that position, you may also do that. Again this pertains to those deemed eligible for the Coaches Draft.
To Further this. Teams ARE ALLOWED to draft Coordinators (not head coaches) To be the Head Coach of their own team. For example if you wanted to hire Al Saunders to be your head coach you can do that.
However, the team that loses the coordinator via this Signing will recieve a round 2 compensation pick to replace that coordinator.
Keep in mind, it's encouraged that the first place people look for Head Coaches are the actual Free Agents, but again not required, you can look at the coordinators of other teams. You CANNOT however, draft a coordinator from another team to be a coordinator on your team. If you draft a coordinator from another team, that coach MUST BE your head coach. No exceptions.
Rookie Draft Pick Restrictions:
Obviously there is a high desire to trade for as many Rookie Draft Picks as you can. However, due to restrictions on the game, all teams are restricted to having 10 maximum Rookie Draft picks. So keep in mind that while you are allowed to trade Draft picks, you cannot house more than 10 total draft picks at any given time.
Roster Count Limit:
This number should be housed at the very top of your Depth Chart, if it is not, please count the number of players you have on your roster and place it there.
There is a limit of 54 Players (Madden allows you to have 54 instead of 53 players on your team). When the Roster Cut Deadline (to be announced) arrives you MUST be at or below 55 Players. If you are above this # then cuts will be made for you by the administration accordingly.
Trades that would take you over the roster limit or free agent signings that would take you over the roster limit are prohibited.

Trade Decisional Guidelines:
These are the things that will/should be looked at and fully considered when Administrators are voting on trades. ALL trades are subject to potential second review and reversal. If you have a complaint about a trade, DO NOT pm an administrator. Simply Post your complaint into the Feedback forum that is what it is there for.
Criteria:
Age, Overall Rating, Potential, Immediate Impact on team, Length of Contract.
Rookie picks > FA picks
Activity:
GM's need to be active, this includes actually signing on, checking and responding to your PM's, posting your contract resignings (if you have any), posting your Team Trading Block, etc.
Signing on once a month and never checking your inbox, or never responding to messages is not only irritating it's unacceptable. And it can result in your replacement.
