Do you have a lvl 13 cap? Or can you obtain a lvl 18 OT? I must be on a new team somehow, and now I'm not a starter anymore... Sad

When I joined the team I am on, I was the highest rated, got the most defensive playing time. Now i'm 2nd/ 3rd string...
